Important: This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or engage in prohibited activities.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
Respect intellectual property rights
Not engage in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities
Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

Prohibited Uses

Billing & Payments

Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to premium features.

The materials on Zisora's services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Zisora makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

AI-Generated Content: While our AI strives for accuracy, generated code and content should be reviewed and tested before production use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zisora or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Zisora's services, even if Zisora or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
